TV Review: Conan O'Brien announces tour dates -Conan O’Brien announced that his live comedy tour will stop at 30 cities in the U.S. and Canada, beginning April 12 in Eugene, Ore. The show’s title, “Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour,” refers to the fact that O’Brien’s settlement with NBC forbids him from appearing on television again until Sept. 1.
